THE PROCESS
SITE VISIT, CONSULTATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The process starts with a visit to our floor plan designer. With your wish list in hand, the initial drafting of your floor plan is based on items such as:
- Cabinets and cabinet layout
- Paint selections
- Carpet, tile and hardwood flooring
- Closet layouts
- Granite countertops
- Interior doors, baseboards and casings
- Bathroom fixtures
- Kitchen Fixtures
- Lighting
DRAWINGS AND SELECTIONS
Your floor plans are completed and finalized; now it’s time to meet with Veneto’s interior designer and paint the picture of your new living spaces:
- Cabinets and cabinet layout
- Paint selections
- Carpet, tile and hardwood flooring
- Closet layouts
- Granite countertops
- Interior doors, baseboards and casings
- Bathroom fixtures
- Kitchen Fixtures
- Lighting
RENOVATIONS
Now that your floor plan, exterior elevation and interior elements are in place, Veneto can begin composing your dream home. Veneto welcomes appointments at any time during this stage to view the home as it is being built.
MOVE IN
There it stands, just like you imagined. Inspections have been conducted by your Progressive new home warranty professional and your new home is ready. The building phase is complete and a final client walk- through with Veneto is preformed.
